As a participant in series one  https://mediacentral.ucl.ac.uk/Play/99555, I was delighted to see that series 3 has focussed on rising stars – women in the ascendency of their leadership careers. So much more could be done to support these emerging leaders if we as professionals stopped and looked collectively at how we support the next generation in our own professions across public service, the third sector and business.

Series 4 is due out soon and I will be blogging on leadership and women’s leadership challenges across the professional spectrum in the months to come. These narratives are engaging stories of leadership journeys and have insights valuable to all – men, women, medics and non-medical professionals.
