Research, research, research…

2025 holds the prospect of some exciting research projects to examine the place of coaching in medical and clinical education. Already a passion of mine, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growing evidence of how to develop empathy and resilience in clinicians in undergraduate and post graduate training schemes.

I am looking forward to several planned collaborator meetings when we can design and drive forward feasibility trials to demonstrate the efficacy of coaching techniques and how to apply these at scale, for the benefit of the profession and our patients.
