NHS and NHSE professional 2023

“If you are unsure on coaching, I would suggest one session with Cathryn and you will be sold on the process. Cathryn is able to make complex theories and difficult emotions appear easy and a lot less challenging. I felt guided and supported throughout.

The development I have seen professionally including the ability to confidently reflect, interpret and process situations has come about as a result of my sessions with Cathryn.

Cathryn was able to support a coaching process relevant to me in many aspects of my life both professional and personal.”
