September is always for fresh starts and that ‘new term’ feeling. I always get a sense of renewal at the beginning of the new academic year!
In celebration I have jointed the Institute of Coaching. Founded in 2009 its stated mission is “to empower the coaching field through science to expand the consciousness and upgrade the well-being of the world, one client or patient, one organization, one community at a time.”
I am so enjoying access to its research base and look forward to 2 membership webinars coming up in September and October.

Whilst these are only open to IOC members, they caught my eye as complimentary to the themes of future blogs and the launch of my Coaching for Clinicians webpage this month. Coaching for physicians is explained and explored on this page and my blog this month is a special bulletin on health inequalities.
